If people want to know a good way to draw Usopp, well, now they do!
At least you put some good effort, and did the animation even if it wasn't totally necessary , which is a good thing. You took your time and drew it and you drew it good.
Keep up the good work, and aim for improvement and maybe do something more serious or funny.

It seems you put some effort into this, just not a lot. The graphics are pretty ok, but maybe you could've drew the backrounds instead of just putting a crap photo that doesn't really... MATCH everything else.
It WAS pretty funny, though. Nice idea, just maybe more effort.
